Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Please ensure to include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as used feeding products, personal care items (e.g., toothbrushes, sippy cups), and any marked as final sale, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at careteam@littlelovelies.in with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.
• Partial Refunds: In cases where items are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, only partial refunds may be granted.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please specify the details in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
